Alice is originally from Prairie View, Arkansas and moved to Kansas City to pursue and complete a degree in Accounting from Avila University. She has been working as a licensed REALTOR® in Kansas City for the past 15 years, and is a skilled Transaction Coordinator. She loves working with agents and clients to create a smooth transaction for all parties. Her background in Accounting, coupled with her experience as a real estate agent, has proven beneficial, due to her knowledge of residential contracts along with her attention to detail and numbers.

When she is not processing contracts she enjoys playing golf, cooking and traveling with her husband.
